Spirit Awakening is grateful to continue our partnership with the Los Angeles County Office of Education (LACOE) to provide our creative writing, creative and visual arts and mentorship programs to youth who are currently detained in the juvenile probation camps and halls.

We’re excited to announce that graduates from our programs in the camps and halls have continued to stay involved with our organization and have gone on to serve as Board Members, Program Administrative Assistants, Lead Artist Facilitators, Teaching Assistants, Peer Mentors, and participants in our Mentoring Leaders Program.
