Jamie Socci is the founder and director of Tinker Lab Productions, a consulting group that helps companies integrate business, art, ethics, and life and become a force for social change. Previously Jamie worked as a brand identity manager for an integrative health clinic, a retail customer service and teamwork trainer, and most recently at the Esalen Institute, where she led a team of executives to create the Esalen Integral Leadership Program.
Jamie holds a B.A in cultural anthropology and an M.A. in philosophy and religion. She uses her training in both as a writer and to provide deeper insights, creating meaningful organizational culture and communications. She is on the advisory boards of two startups and dedicates much of her time to supporting women leaders. She also designs and leads retreats and workshops.
Based out of Los Angeles, CA, Jamie believes in a life of adventure and travels around the world connecting with and gaining inspiration from beautiful places and people.
